Wedding Photographer Villa la Ferdinanda – Artimino

Ceremony Location: Abbey of San Martino in Campo, in the town of Capraia and Limite near Artimino.

Reception Location: Villa La Ferdinanda, also known as Villa Artimino.

Martina and Francesco chose for their wedding location the beautiful abbey of san Martino in Campo and one of the most beautiful villas in Tuscany Villa Artimino (Villa la Ferdinanda).

I would like to talk about all the wedding stages, but I’d better like the pictures speak for themselves. After the ceremony at the Abbey, we moved directly into the center of Artimino for a brief couple’s photo shoot. I would like to emphasize that there aren’t prepared to pose photos in this wedding as the couple has opted for a reportage instead. Often they ask for it when they contact me.

Back to our wedding.. in the center of Artimino, we had an appetizer and a short walk where we met and old couple that gave to the newlyweds a personal speech. After the couple’s photo shoot,  we went to the beautiful Villa La Ferdinanda, a historic house that belonged to the Medici family and now is a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE.

The park around the Villa is gorgeous. The couple arrived in the courtyard where we had dinner, walking through the beautiful staircase of the Villa Artimino. A magical atmosphere between the Villa and the view over the Tuscan hills was the perfect frame for the dinner. After the cutting of the cake on the steps, the party continued inside with a table set with desserts and people dancing.
