Francesca and Thomas kindly asked me if I could join them in Venice for a photo shoot before their wedding. Well, I do not deny it. It took me just 15 seconds to think about it and pack my suitcase.
I just couldn’t say no to this kind of new adventure! The last time I was in Venice I was very young, so before I met the couple I decided to have a trip around Venice in order to discover the city from a photographic point of view. It’s not in my habit to check the city out before a photo shoot, but since it had passed quite a long time from my first time in Venice I thought it was necessary to find the most picturesque location of the city, less beaten by the tourists! Unlike most of my photo shoots, I’ve spent the entire day with the couple, we traveled far and wide throughout the city, from San Marco Square to the Rialto Bridge, finishing our tour by boat. The day was so magical I cannot wait to go back to Venice, maybe this time as a wedding photographer, who knows!
